Niki (Natasha) is a wonderful partner! As the creative exec on three seasons of a series with her as my production exec, I never worried about production issues because Niki was always many steps ahead of me. She will figure out a way to make things work and she’ll do it with a smile on her face. She’s also a mean baker and shares with others. All-in-all, Niki’s a real get!

I had the pleasure of working with Niki Kopp for many years at Disney Television Animation. She was instrumental in leading a few areas of our studio, including the script department, awards submissions, animation storage solutions and series credits. She liaised and worked closely with all of our various productions in these areas. In addition, Niki managed and oversaw multiple “3rd Party” productions for Disney Junior over the course of a few years. With this work, she reviewed budgets, schedules & asset assumptions, worked with our Business Affairs and Legal departments on contracts for vendors and made sure each project was delivered from the vendors on time and on budget. Niki always brought a great attitude to the workplace each and every day and her positivity was infectious. It was a true joy to work with her.

As a coworker with Natasha Kopp on-and-off for 25 years, I’ve witnessed her tireless dedication to her many responsibilities at Disney TV Animation. From Production Assistant to Line Producer, Niki has always excelled at the difficult task of organizing the thousands of pieces of art that an animation production creates, as well as navigating the ever-changing production pipeline.
With the multitude of shows she’s been a part of, you know she’s experienced. But Niki is more than a devoted and energetic employee that gets the job done… she’s the type of person you want to be around. She always greets you with a smile and asks about your family. She’s the sort of generous and positive spirit that elevates the entire production. They say that a crew is like a family… and Niki embodies that ideal. Animation is hard. Long hours and insane deadlines. But with Niki at your side, you know it’s all gonna be okay.

I have worked with Natasha Kopp a great deal. As a Production Manager, is was my duty to oversee the aspects of the production pipeline is Oddbot Inc. I would communicate with Natasha at our client studio (Disney) to discuss timelines for the work product. In all my dealings with Natasha, she has always be thorough, meticulous and direct when it comes to tracking and articulating the needs for a project. Natasha Kopp and I have known each other for over 26 years as both good friends and colleagues. I was first introduced to Natasha when I was hired as a Background Designer at Walt Disney TV Animation in 1994. We worked together for two years, both on the productions of “101 Dalmatians” and “Hercules”. Natasha was the Production Manager on both productions. As an artist, I always appreciated Natasha’s ability to keep the production on task, while always showing the utmost respect to her crew of artists as well as the artistic process— a skill she continued to display through the many productions to follow.
She is an extremely dedicated, enthusiastic leader, who always maintains a professional demeanor, an effervescent attitude, capped off with great communication skills. These abilities are what makes her such a pleasure to work with.
